MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to be the best sales and marketing firm servicing the MI/Pro Audio Retail, Professional Stage Lighting, Commercial Sound and Electronic Security markets in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and Hawaii.
We define “ the best” as:

HOW WE ACHIEVE OUR GOALS

Our employees are qualified, self-motivated sales and customer service professionals who utilize, to the fullest practical level, all tools available to us to take the products we represent to market and service the customer. Currently, these include a detailed database on the customers in our territory, telemarketing, direct mail, e-mail, product seminars and trainings, well planned sales calls, buddy calls with our dealers to the end-user, and trade show participation. We also provide customized binders for each of our manufacturer’s products as a reference manual to our consultants and systems integrators containing product information and pricing, if appropriate

The hardware owned by GP Marketing, Inc. to achieve the above functions is extensive. A 6x16 Panasonic business phone system capable of handling up to six incoming or outgoing calls simultaneously with up to sixteen extensions connected to it. We have five incoming local lines and a toll free number for our customers. The toll free number is programmed so that we can receive up to five toll free calls all at once, and we have voice mail if all lines are busy, or you can call us before or after business hours. We have a dedicated fax line not associated with the PBX for incoming orders connected to a HP Office 300-fax machine. Our 10/100 Base-T LAN Microsoft based computer network has six workstations, a HP laser printer and two color ink jet printer shared on the network, and a VPN access point for our sales people to access the network information 24/7. Every workstation has direct DSL access to the Internet. Every sales person has a laptop computer with email and a cellular phone with voice mail. We also keep a selection of printed product literature on hand for use during sales calls, and to satisfy the immediate needs of our customers. We also have a 12’ x 14’ demo room for product presentation for customers that would prefer to come to us.
